VINIFICATION: Fermentation on the skins for 20 days at a temperature of 28°C.Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
AGING: ca.40% of the wine is aged 500 ltrs. French oak barrels, wich is the blended with the remaining 60% that ages on steel tanks. Wine is then left for 6 months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES: ruby red with pale orange hints, vanilla aroma and spicy wood scents .A pleasant taste, amplified tones at the nose, tannins are smooth and elegant. Alcohol supports without being overwhelming, good persistence and a clean aftertaste. Wine is well balanced and elegant.
