Charmat method


VARIETY: Vermentino 100%.

SOIL: Sandy loam.

HARVEST: early harvest, both to preserve acidity and the caracteristics of the varietal.


VINIFICATION: steel tanks, second stage of refermentation is made in pressurized tanks, following the “long charmat method”, that gives this spumante elevated scents of secondary aromas.

AGING: in bottles for 6 months. This period of rest before release allows the wine to find the right balance between the various aromatic components.

TASTING NOTES: visually you’ll appreciate the lite bright straw yellow color,
With a persistent perlage. Scents of honey, acaia flower honey, mature pears and hay. Fresh dry and a good mineral taste. A light pleasant hint of sea breeze as we are close to the shore line, typical characteristic of vermentino grapes.

PAIRINGS: excellent as a predinner, matches perfectly with seafood appetizers, shellfish and crisp fried vegetables.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12° C.

SIZE: 75 cl.
