Cantina del castello di Torre in Pietra


	The Castello di Torre in Pietra cellar and property was once part of the ancient Torre in Pietra estate, a large expanse of land crossed by the Via Aurelia, formerly the Via Romana. South and west facing vineyards, modern technology and the ability of our staff both in the vineyards and in the cellar create the conditions necessary for the production of high quality wines. The cellar is located inside the medieval town next to the tower from which the estate takes its name. It was built by digging into the tufa hills behind the castle. Wine has been kept here at an ideal temperature since the 15th century.
